Regular service campaigns are held to upgrade the knowledge regarding breakdown and preventive maintenance as well as new introductions.
Alpha maintains sufficient inventory of components/spare parts based on several years’ experience to address breakdowns and preventive maintenance for the various equipment’s sold and marketed and ensure minimum down time. We have a dedicated ERP system that ensures that we have no backlogs and always have inventory in stock.
