Alpha also manufactures rail vehicle Transfer cart (called Traverser) with capacities ranging from 30T to 150T mainly used for moving trains for maintenance work from one shop to another. Traversers are generally of two types Pit Type & Surface Type.Our Traversers are quick, safe and easy to move. They are equipped with hardened & profile ground gear box, motors, brakes and many other safety devices. Traversers are also equipped with mechanical clutch system in order to ensure positive interlocking between the two motions namely traversing & pulling.
